Re: Wai Lana Yoga I did the yoga video, which was about 30 minutes long, and noticed a few things. I'm not as flexible as I could be. I also noticed my hands got tingly quite easily when holding a pose. I did drink alcohol this weekend and I notice I get tingly hands and feet sometimes after I drink. When the video was over and was in corpse pose (resting on back on floor), she mentioned to pay attention to the dan tien and feel the energy go into your legs, then up into your chest into the head. Well, that was amazing... I felt like I was having orgasmic rushes from my dan tien. I have a book on Chi Kung and will look into this further. I stayed resting for about 5 minutes and the energy was intense at times. I didn't expect it. I felt very peaceful, refreshed and positive afterwards. Balanced.

Wai Lana Yoga I'm picking up a Wai Lana DVD tonight from the library. This yoga for the back and shoulders. Hummingbird I always like the sceneries.
