I know this course. It's not an introduction to studying Kabbalah, however it's a good presentation (though quite superficial) of main concepts the genuine Kabbalah is based on.

Here is a series of videos demonstrating to the viewer a perceptive study of the kabbalah. The Videos are in now way exhaustive, but do give insight into an aspect of the kabbalah from ARI films. These videos discuss more of the philosphical scientific aspect of kabbalah, rather than delving deeply into the magical, symbolic aspects of the tree of life.
Each Video is approximately 25 minutes each.

Hi, Sephir...So where can the "genuine" Kabbalah be learned ? Arent the teachings of Israel Regardie in the series " A Garden Of Pomegranates" a genuine resourse in your opinion ? And if yes, why ? And if no, why ? Ive had what I thought was a good deal of ecstatic spiritual experience with working with the Tree Of Life . But the more I experience and think I learn, the less I know I really understand. This dosnt invalid the actual experiences Ive had or stages of growth Ive achieved ( however small ), or states of consciousness which transform my perceptions of everything around and in me continually. But where is the GENUINE infomation, besides being hidden away in my own heart and Being, covered by millinium of yrs of programs and conditionings of anti-consciousness and unconsciousness ? Is the Genuine Kabbalah of YOUR experience a viable tool in unraveling these layers of deception, misdirection and misconception ? What , if you dont mind me asking, is your personal experience in this light ? Thank you very much for your time ...Blessings ....Mal'ak
In “Kabbalah Revealed” Episode 4 – The Force of Development and the Meaning of Suffering, the host reads from one of his texts:
“It is written that “there is none else beside him”, meaning that there is no other power in the world with the ability to do anything against Him. And what man sees, namely, that there are things in the world, which deny the household of above, is because He wills it so.”
Note how the host is reading someone else’s comment on the short passage “there is none else beside him”. This is key.
The mind is duality and duality is illusion. If a system leads out of the mind and out of illusion and into reality where duality does not exist then we can value the system. If a system does not lead out of duality but instead maintains and reinforces duality then it has no more value than anything one might learn from watching a sitcom.
“there is none else beside him”. The Hindus say “All is Brahman.” Here is a verse loaded and waiting to enlighten the reader but instead it is being misinterpreted and then the misinterpretation is being passed on as profundity as happens every day in these types of teachings. The original verse is a sign post directing one out of the morass and into reality.
Kabbalah does in fact lead out of duality. It culminates in Kether, the supreme unity. And as Kether is viewed as part of man, and is symbolized by the great name of GOD, AHIH, meaning I am that I am, self-existent, without cause, so the entire system of Kabbalah does in fact lead to the dissolving of the illusory line that divides man from GOD. The final veil out of delusion and into direct contact with reality. Not a conceptional reality, but directly living in and experiencing reality without dividing it (naming, labeling it).
Don’t judge Kabbalah by this man’s teachings but take his teachings with a grain of salt.

Israel Regardie is a good place to start. I suppose one could find awakening strictly with QBL, but in this day and age I think it would be a shame not to explore and benefit from the great plethora of teachings out there. Diversity of study I think can help to build that discerning inner voice that knows the path when written or spoken and knows garbage just the same. Just try to keep in mind, if it serves to inflate the ego then it probably isn't leading out of the trap but rather into delusion.
