Everything must be read critically. I don't fully understand the nature of spirits, or the way occultists do history. I just know that the masons have a sophisticated theory behind the creation of those edifices we are observing. As atheists correspond certain fashions to certain time-periods, occultists correspond planets to ages, attributes to laya-centers, or perhaps battles to philosophies. It's all quite complex. The old theories are not put to rest and continue to be followed upon as inspirations.

Perhaps, I am again being presumptuous. I use that term figuratively, because I am an artist. I like the idea of form being expressive, or like it being the phenomenal form of a noumenal archetype, thus being a mystery and, I would hope, functional. The term preceptor is used in the translation of the Mahabharatta, and it's a masonic term. Like the platonic tradition does not begin or end with Plato, the masonic tradition does not begin or end with the Illuminati. Also, perhaps there are blood masons(like blood brothers) and (like spirit brothers) spirit masons. I've drawn wisdom from works of Masonry.

I agree there may be something there, I like the idea of a meeting of the minds, but most of the people that I have heard speak on this say the most ridiculous things...such as: "Well, it's a secret; it's such a well kept secret that even though you are a Mason and I'm not, I know about it and you don't because your not "high up enough." Yeah, a well kept secret that is posted all over the world-wide-web.

According to an ex friend of mine I'm in the Illuminati because I am a Mason (as is my Dad, Grandfather, uncles etc.), I am an honorary member of the S.R.I.A., and I have written articles for the Elus Cohen and Martinist Orders in London per my Mentor.

If there is maybe I'll find out when I reach the 32 degree and move on the the Antient and Primitive Rites of Memphis and Mizraim.

I do not know if this is important or not but here goes. People who worship Lucifer, see it as worshiping the god that brought mankind knowledge and some are not bad people. Now the devil-worshipers from my understanding, worship evil in all its forms. So Lucifer-worshipers and devil-worshipers are not the same. Many people do not know this.

Does the word "devil" stem from "doer-of-evil"? Or, as "evil" is the reversal of "live", does "devil" have it's roots connected to the dead as in those who have "lived" but no longer do?
