but are you asking about divine predictions? knowing on a large scale like major events in the world that are predicted by prophets. I understand this would require a a sacrifice in life style that would lead the seeker to the path of spiritual truth.
I was in the middle of a training session this afternoon and a thought has come to mind regarding this topic and I would like to elaborate on this a little more.

In some Kabalistic teachings it is understood that the woman is considered to exist on a higher and more complete spiritual level than a man. The man requires an extra boost so to speak, to begin earthly existence at the same spiritual level as the woman.
Modern electrical technology offers an analogy when we refer to a male plug and a female plug. The electrical current as it runs through the house is where the female plugs are. For the male plug to possess any electricity, it must be plugged into the female. But the female is already wired; electricity is running there all the time.
We can think of the difference between male and female spirituality in this way: the female is prewired, already connected spiritually. Also to it is a clear principle throughout the Torah that whenever there was a woman prophet and a male prophet alive at the same time, the woman prophet was always on a higher level than her male counterpart.
