If I were in the game right now I'd be licking my chops. Massive potential for market exploitation, not to mention government exploitation. But I don't believe so much in government exploitation. I associate the people with the agency. Any competitive organization of people includes an interior and exterior organization of some sort. Well I guess I could say the same for the market as well.

Heck I'm almost positive there is technology out there that has control over earthquakes and hurricanes and sophisticated too, not involving just throwing chemicals in the air or whatever. Vibrational science I mean.

Don't you get the feeling with movies like this that humanity -at least in Hollywood's eyes- seems to have a death wish? Or may be that is not correct word...it's like people is aware somehow that society has to change, for good and radically, but they cannot see it happening unless something bigger than they literally destroys the base of our culture and takes from us all the social responsibilities that some how prevent us from doing these changes. I don't know. Just a thought ;-)

I think too that people are obsessed with violence and catastrophes. There's something in the human condition that wants to see destruction. There's something in the human condition that wants to see it happen to others, but not to themselves, like a self righteous revenge or something.

I can't believe how much violence there is on the news, on tv shows, in movies now. It's gotten to be ultra disgusting. I don't see it as any different than people going to the coliseum to see people eaten alive by lions, or people fighting to the death with their swords. It's horrific how sick humanity can be.

There's a lot of love in the world too. It's just that it isn't televised so much.

Just saw it. It's a great video game, but not much beyond that. The Road should be more insightful.
