As the above links no longer work, I am at a loss to their content, however I know that King James bible as printed in the 1600,s has 80 less books in it now, and the current copy dosen't contain "The Apocrypha" which fills in a 400 year gap.
As an aside the Book of enoch was widely quoted pre BC, but the Jews had given it away by the time of Jesus and the proto christians had given it away by about 300 Ad, and I have never been able to find out or understand why this occurred. Can anyone enlighten me on this
