there are far too many more Pagan seekers trying to find teachers than there are qualified teachers to teach them--

I feel that this is sadly too true. Scary how many out there are willing to promote themselves as something which they are obviously not... and all too often find reason to charge handsomely for the privilege of studying under their guidance...

...and if the Gods show me someone who is truly and honestly trying to step up to the plate, it is my duty to help if I can.

I see us all as priestesses, and the leader of the coven as witch queen or high priestess or elder clergy group, however
I have seen covens where there is a clergy that share responsibilities, grades are blurred as other levels of initates are expected to lead ritual.
If someone is solitary, then they can be high priestess, I'm thinking with at least 3-4 years study minimum
Which I have but still consider myself a grade 2-3 dedicant.

This is very true Brifae, but I would assume that recieving this title from a spiritual organization that is "lagitamete" would have the practitioner feel they have accomplished something within their spiritual faith, but I'm not sure if their is such a lagitimate organization. If one does exist I'm sure it would exist underground. With all the litrature that is in print in this area of study I will have to agree with Haruth when he stated The following above.
