I'm disappointed in this show. I'm disappointed in the work. Although I still find the show inspiring and I enjoy the creative aspect and the process, I don't feel like the work is at a level high enough for a television show. I find Miles to be so boring and predictable and I strongly feel like he will be in the top 2 at the end, but to "surprise" the audience he will get 2nd place. They are focusing on him too much and he's always winning, but his work isn't that great. It's as though there is definitely favoritism. They haven't questioned his work at all.

I would like to see more explanation of the work because it is so bad, but in general I don't think the work should be explained, if it were better, because a piece should be powerful enough in it's own right, to move someone without a long story behind it to help the viewer "get" it.

I'm glad Ryan went home, although I liked his personality, his work was very limited. In this episode I immediately thought the work should not be as though they were drawing like children, the moment I saw that's what they were gravitating towards. The judges agreed, that wasn't the purpose.

I hope the next episode is better. I'm starting to lose interest.
