What's the promised child? Tipareth or Malkuth? Isn't the initial trinity Kether, Chokmah, Binah?
Sometimes the magical qabalah is hard to understand when you are not a judeochristian.
For example in the babylonian creation myth, there was both the god and goddess "waters". However the tree has a male focused creation in that kether to chockmah is seen as a male god, but more acturally men, humankind. Some say that kether descends to binah and chockmah at the same time to give us god and goddess, then the promised child to complete the triad/angle. Thoughts?
What's the promised child? Tipareth or Malkuth? Isn't the initial trinity Kether, Chokmah, Binah?

Well kether we cannot know, it is not father, it is more the cosmic prime creator the path to chockmah is father or god, binah mother, The isis and osirus, further the mars or jupiter amd venus or saturn aspects. queen and king
horus or jesus or ourselves are the promised child seen in tifareth, the sun or the knight. Also in pagan circles most all archetypes, gods and goddess are found in netzach as their division of cosmic beings/rulers, however can associated their personalities with all the spheres.
Can we not know Kether at all? I thought we could as it's one of the 10 sephiroth and therefore a part of what we are conscious of. I thought the three veils were what was unknowable ain, ain soph, ain soph aur.

No we cannot know/experience kether but we can know some of its attributes,
Compassion or chesed is supposedly the highest state most can obtain as humans is what I have read. (v binah understanding and chockmah wisdom).
But lets not limit ourselves, let me know if you experience the vision of keter.
The spheres are conciousnesses but not exactly, it is the conciousness of the creative process of god, not humans.
Yet i believe a human can be god, but only rare actualized individuals while in human form,
probable due to the level of vibration cant be contained or at least maintained in our dense physicality?

Insomuch as there is an archetypal Male representation of "God," and an archetypal female representation of "Goddess," I can't help but to the think that the "promised child" is a reference to a conscious that consists of both aspects well-mixed and undifferentiated, like a mirror of the energies of Kether itself.
Many native cultures considered people of mixed gender traits/bisexuals/etc. to be Shaman material, and even Carl Jung talks about the anima of man and the animus of woman. According to Jung an individuated man has to come to know the feminine side of his psyche, and an individuated female must come to know the masculine side of her own psyche.
I do agree with that hermetic view however that archetype is found in Hod/thoth hermes, whereas the promised child is the sun in tifareth, although on middle pillar both energies are balanced here as you say. With Kether being the star sun cosmic, tifareth the lower sun of the solar plexus and life force.
