i was excited to find this website. i had been searching for a site that would help me learn about occult topics, spiritual growth, symbolic meanings...and to share experiences. i was a member of a few different online forums, i found the mean spirited energy tended to bring me down. i am hoping to lift my self up and learn more in this coming year, i have sense deleted my profiles on two other forums and decided to find something that better suits my goal and has a kinder approach to sharing information.

my name is Patience. i am a mom of a 11 soon to be 12 year old amazing boy, and i am married to my 'high school sweet heart'. i have made some crazy life choices and have struggled as well as grown a lot over the last 30 plus years of my life. i am still working on some of my neurotic behaviors and finding a place where i can be myself and learn to be a better lover...and giver.

right now i am heavely into the Bnei Baruch's Kabbalah's courses and enjoy reading about psychology. i am still a novice when it comes to tarot, but would like to be able to incorporate the images more into my daily thoughts. i grew up in a pentecostal christian environment, which eventually led me to feel a bit freaked out about humans... when i began teaching at a catholic school i briefly thought about converting to the catholic faith because i found the ceremonies and history intriguing. as time went by though i noticed how easy it was to find books on Wicca in my public library and in the book stores. i studded history in college so i was also attracted to various pagan beliefs, but more so from an anthropological investigative stance. as i grew into exploring other areas, i noticed how some of my close family members felt about me moving away from Christianity. there was a time when i wanted nothing to do with Christ, i felt confined by my past experiences in the pentecostal church (maybe even scared). through the last 6 years i have found my way back to Christ and can openly love him but still explore other belief systems and learn more about myself.

i would like to learn more about Jewish mysticism, esoteric Christianity, tarot, Hinduism, Buddhism, kundalini yoga, and personal balance. i also find satanism, chaos and ceremonial magic interesting and have purposely put myself in a position to be exposed to these things, out of old fears i have had...which i would like to over come.

i look forward to the future and i am pretty excited to be here on this forum.

Welcome to the forums Elicitwords. I'm relatively new myself, and as far as validity of members on this board, I can tell you that you have arrived at a wonderful place. Members on this board are very friendly, and VERY knowledgeable. I am glad to see you are studying Qabalah as well. I have recently started studying this and have grown very close to it.

I too was happen to find this site
as I was browsing for well of souls which I believe is the inner net outer net: imagine if Plato had this (the net) in his time
so my reason for browsing was to do research
a story I'm writing, about a person who is himself a well of souls
he houses about 200 billion people within his skull and can only access them in time of dire need or when he is unconsious.
They appear in his dreams, in his art and he know himself by his contact with them....otherwise .
and anyways we are in this mysterious place "now "

in the future we will be able to download our personalities into a memory cache somewhere and live out our infinity as binary digits (even thought we may return to the void)`........

I studied the " Q " earlier and did lots of research on Hermes I always wondered if he was a prototype of the omega point before our time or the results of the last epoch of the nehphilum, Before the Flood....what do you thnk

Then as I absorb what you infer this is an idioma of an assemblage point for us as enlighthened mini assemblage points ( cool ideas might come from this) as in regards to the leveling, to understand the incomprehensible.for example,
the mind and brain one real the other maybe not so real but which is which. I have felt that that was always the goal of alchemist and power seekers to hook into the source waters by idioma because if you will forgive me as a visualist I see it as movement of energy in thought pictures and it replies that free will is an illusion..........I might agree with you I have not consider the possiblity that the mechanical aspect of the " Q " or Hermes are in fact unkown potentials to achieve and only the boundary of what possible
