What will spring bring for me

I pulled up these 3 cards, not asking for past, present, future, just looking at them as a whole, and in sequence of foundation to result mainly.

Devil, Hierophant, The Fool

So I'm close to my own situation so would obviously be biased, or seeing things differently than someone externally, so I asked a friend.

What I found interesting is that I pulled up all Major Arcana cards, pointing to a more spiritual perspective.

Now my friend looked at the bright side..

Looks like a spiritual awakening. end (devil) of a spiritual path (heirophant) liberates you (fool). if you were doing a past/present/future thing, its like the end of a chapter in which you established your spiritual authority will soon lead you to a new freedom. a sense of play returns.

Now I get that, but what about a more negative perspective? Do I want a negative perspective? No, but want balance rather than mainly bright side, so I can be more realistic... life is a blend of positive and negative right...

So (and this is me being biased and thinking in one direction mainly), I thought to myself, well I've been a bit concerned about finances, so that's the materialism (Devil), and restriction that comes with that. The Hierophant, well I see him as symbolizing an authority figure... my inner authority? But also in a way a dictator that's also restricting dividing right and wrong... judgmental, but also a higher, spiritual perception and relationship to the situation. Then the fool, well that can mean freedom yes, freedom from the shackles of materialism, which can be a mind/matter thing, but at the same time the fool can be someone with not much to carry around with him, meaning very little money possibly and just about ready to drop off the cliff. Or it could be seen as very positive like a windfall of money where the worries are a thing of the past to looked at without a care in the world.

Thoughts? A different perspective?

Alot of restriction right now, especially in your own perceptions illusory power viewpoints and religiousity. I feel the eastery vibes here, sort of your fools journey opening up to any possibility that may come in the future but it is a tangent future in how you modify your perceptions and allow change in them. This isn't your fault by past or present given the major arcana but something that was setup as a process for your learning.

The devil can be about material, money but given the hierophant its more about power and religious illusion. And especially given the fool it is about what you want to manifest.

Keep in mind that I have been reading only for myself for a couple months and I've never read for anyone else but I have little different perspective here. I saw these three cards and the interaction between them and I just couldn't pass up throwing my thoughts out there.

There is confirmation here that you need to move away from a situation that is holding you back...bad relationship, job, boss, money issues, or friendship. You have 2 options to move away from whatever situation you are finding yourself in.

One choice would be more along the lines of what is accepted in society or what is morally correct (Hierophant influence) and the other choice would be what you would like to do or what you think will work but could have some repercussions (Devil influence) from others because of your choice. You are in conflict with this, torn between the two choices.

In waltzes the Fool and lets you know that you should make the choice based on the results you want to make happen and regardless of the choice the Fool will minimize the backlash. Everyone will not be happy with your choice but in the end your detractors and their negative influences on you will be limited and you will move forward.

I'll be holding my breath for any feedback on my very first reading!

i am not that skilled or even well versed but i when i looked over the cards i thought this thought real quickly.

let endings come, stay strong in your center but dance and have fun in a renewed sense of awe. i am still an infant in learning about these things. going to visit this tread more in hopes to learn more.
