I have been researching cavers ever sense they said I can't or shouldn't!!

I heard it's against a federal law to know of one and not report it, or to explore them with out federal approval & oversight over any exploration. So here is one off an island by my house. The flash is from my camera otherwise they seem to disappear. I suspect it's an under water entry / bunker for submarines, NOTE LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF OXYGEN INJECTED DEEP IN THE WATER! NOTICE THE MASSIVE SIZE! There has always been rumors that there use to be a sub base in ww2 to hide subs here. My self I have a nack for spotting these type of structure as a former devil dog...
