I forgot to mention another one that seems popular... Asana

I've been searching for free online apps that are useful to stay organized and use as To Do lists. I thought I'd share for those who may be interested.
For collaboration I'm not sure if this is the perfect solution but I'm trying it for now... https://web.orchestra.com/ It allows you to create listings of things to do and share with others by entering their email address
One I am really liking because it is so simple to track what's been done daily and cross off is http://www.teuxdeux.com
I took a look at many others but some are too complicated, clunky or unattractive. I just wanted something fast and simple.
I think staying organized makes life simpler and efficient so we can get to things we want to do more of.
There are other options here for similar productivity... http://freelanceswitch.com/productiv...-do-list-apps/

Thanks for both of those postings -my right brain loves to color the to-do list then turn them into beautiful art. Now I will have to figure out how to make digital art from them. These links are great!

Some nice apps there. I always find that I have too much to do to keep my to do list up to date... :-(
Tend to over-rely on the Microsoft Outlook follow up tagging to cover the things which NEED to be done, and the rest kind of drag along... I should really look for a better solution - and maybe one of these would do the trick!
Thanks for sharing.
I'm really loving teuxdeux. It is so simple, exactly what I need so I can quickly jot down what needs to be done for each day and cross it off. I also like how it automatically pushed an item not-crossed off for the day to the next day. It's the easiest for keeping a list and doesn't have all the extra bells and whistles. For collaboration, I usually use google docs, but may try one of these out like orchestra or asana. I like simplicity... less is more. I don't like too many steps so I don't have to spend too much time on the software just use it and get on with the real work that needs to be done.
