Un-wanted visitors

Hello everybody,

I have been living in my place now for almost 4 years, and right from the beginning I have been aware of some entities
living here, too. I never get a good look at them, because when I see movement from the corner of my eye, all I get is a flash that disappears around the corner and gone. I think they are low level spirit forms, although one time I did get a glimpse of a long, white flowing gown that seemed to be a high level entitity. I never think they want to communicate with me, all they do is watch. A time or two it seems to get right in my face, which is annoying! Also, I have a cat, and so many times he will look up to the ceiling or wall, as if he sees these entities. I suppose it's possible that he does see them. So many times I will be sitting on my bed when I sense the mattress sinking in that feels like it is my cat, and when I turn around, nothing is there. There is also noises I hear that I think these beings are causing objects to the floor, which makes me think they are poltergist? I really don't know. I am not afraid of them. Should I try to communicate with them?

An incident occurred a couple of years ago I was riding my bike in the snow and ice (I live in Germany, ok?!) and I lost my balance (I have MS) and fell on a bridge. I am convinced it was my guardian angel who rescued me, because there was a line of maybe 5-6 vehicles approaching towards me when she helped me to my feet.

I would like to learn from you good people how to deal with these beings? I've not spoken about this much with my family, but I know they are not seeing what I do! I mostly ignore them but sometimes they are a bit intrusive!
