It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly a century, 99 years, since Lucille Ball was brought into the world and over half a century ago she started making the world laugh hysterically.
A comedian loved the world over starting her showbiz career in the 1930′s then her talent exploding into the mainstream culture making everyone laugh on television starting with her hit show I Love Lucy, as well as bringing us laughter on the Silver Screen.
If you haven’t seen the movie The Long, Long Trailor, you’re missing out on a lot of laughs. It’s a prime example of how the desire for materialism can lead to a lot of difficulties and burdens in life. Watch it below.
Lucy symbolizes the fun in the blunders of life people often take so seriously, reflecting back to us the humor in our humanity.
Happy Birthday Lucy.
