Trying to find a way to save Tommy’s parent enter him into a religious cult that worships Marilyn Monroe. An interesting ritual procession dedicated to the icon with a popular cast gives this rock-opera musical a special place in the memories of the 70′s. Tina Turner, Eric Clapton, Jack Nicholson, Elton John, Pete Townshend, Ann-Margaret all playing their part in this fun psychedelic film.
A reminder that all people have their own unique interpretations of an afterlife and the human interconnection to the spirit world.
I idolize this woman. As her birth name or stage name, there are very, very few photos I don’t appreciate.
