Eyes Wide Shut by Stanley Kubrick is a film that has been said to peer into the world of the darker arts of some cults, with a variety of occult symbolism and ritual.
Masks represent our outward persona, while hiding the inner self. Putting on masks can also be a form or expression of the inner self to the outer world, or aspects of the inner self that are usually dormant can be heightened through masks. In this film Cruise is requested to remove his mask to reveal his true identity at the Masked Ball. Once revealed there is no turning back.
Eyes Wide Shut contains a lot of adult sexual content, and for this reason the continuation of this scene has not been posted.
